RESORT POLICIES

GENERAL POLICIES:

Rates in US Dollars are per room, per night, single/double occupancy and are subject to change. Packages are subject to availability. Daily rates do not include a nightly tax and service charge, subject to change without notice. A tax and gratuity will be added to all Food & Beverage checks.

CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL PERSONS POLICIES:

  • Occupancy is limited to (3) persons per room, comprised of either 2 adults and 1 child 18 or younger, or 3 adults total.
  • Casitas can accommodate a maximum of 1 child
  • One Bedroom Suites and Two Bedroom Luxury Suites can accommodate 1 child. Three Bedroom Luxury Suite can accommodate 2 children.
  • A third person in the room, regardless of age, will incur a charge of USD $75.00 per night, plus tax and service charge. This charge is inclusive of one rollaway bed
  • Rollaway beds are permitted in all room categories. A maximum of one rollaway bed will be allowed in each room.
  • A crib is provided in the room, upon request.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum length of stay may apply. Please inquire with our Reservations Department or your travel professional to obtain current information. Christmas/New Year’s season bookings require a seven-night minimum stay with either a December 19 arrival and December 26 departure or a December 26 arrival with a January 2 (or later) departure. Other major holidays require a four night minimum stay.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:

We require a deposit equal to 50% of your stay including 19% tax and 15% service at the time of booking. The tax and service fee does not include food and beverage. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and the balance will be charged to the credit card on file. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so more than 31 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations or changes received within the 30-day period prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture of all deposits received. Holiday: We require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellation outside of 90 days is 2 night stay forfeiture and 90 days or less is nonrefundable.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES:

Guests may check in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. daily. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.

PET POLICY:

There is a 40 lb. maximum weight limit on pets. Pets must be on a leash at all times while on property and they are not permitted in the restaurant or pool areas. $125.00 + tax per pet non-refundable fee is due at time of reservation.
